Mini Greeny Heroes at Pentecostal Lam Hon Kwong School

The Mini Greeny Heroes were invited by Pentecostal Lam Hon Kwong School to host an Author Sharing booth at their "Language across the Curriculum (LaC)" lunch event. Kelly, author of our book series, was more than happy to be able to share with all the students and the teachers visiting from other schools her journey from coming up with the idea of the Mini Greeny Heroes, to writing and publishing our original book series about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). The participants were especially impressed by how our books were able to integrate real-life scenarios and facts into interesting stories and reflect relatable local situations happening in Hong Kong.
We also engaged the students with a quick quiz that tested their knowledge on the SDGs, for which they can get a small souvenir if they got the answers correct.
